How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, then enter your registered email. You’ll receive a reset link to create a new password.
How do I contact support?
Email us at support@example.com or use the “Contact Us” form available on the front page.
How do I enroll in a course?
Go to the Available Courses section, select your desired course, and click “Enroll me”. Some courses may require an enrollment key provided by your instructor.
Can I access courses on mobile?
Yes! You can download the official Moodle app from Google Play or the App Store. Log in using your site URL and credentials to access your courses anytime, anywhere.
How do I change my profile picture?
Click on your profile picture (top-right corner), go to Profile → Edit profile, then upload a new image and save changes.
Why can’t I see my course?
If your course doesn’t appear, it might not have started yet, or you’re not enrolled. Contact your course administrator or teacher for confirmation.
How do I submit an assignment?
Open the assignment in your course, click “Add submission”, upload your file or text response, then click “Submit assignment”.
Can I view my grades?
Yes. Go to your course page and select Grades from the navigation drawer. You’ll see your scores and instructor feedback there.
How do I message my instructor?
Click on your instructor’s name in the course participants list, then choose Send message. You’ll receive replies in your Moodle messaging area.
How do I change the site language?
Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the Language menu. Select your preferred language, and the site will reload in that language.
What browsers are best for Moodle?
For the best experience, use the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Avoid outdated browsers like Internet Explorer.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your information is protected under our data privacy policy and not shared with third parties. Always log out after using shared devices.
